Why is it important to have a website maintenance and support package?

Are you looking forward to your new website going live? I can imagine how super excited you must be! But have you given any thought to what happens when it is live? If you thought that this was when you could stop working on it, I am sorry to tell you that this is not the case.

When your website is live, you need to be even more responsible and committed to it. It is now published, available for visitors to read and you need to make sure it is always perfect.

If you have an in-house person to manage it, there is nothing to worry about. But if you do not, you need to make sure you find someone who will maintain it and always keep it up to date. If there is a typo on the website or you need to add a new page that describes the new service or product you’ve started selling, who will do this for you? These are just some examples where a website support and maintenance package would be a perfect solution.




If you take a look at our hosting & support page, you will notice that we offer 2 types of support packages – low and high use and both of them include a certain number of hours per month spent on website support,  i.e. amend text, create graphics, add promotions, change photos, etc…these services come in handy in a number of situations – GDPR changes and Privacy Policy updates in May 2018, when clients set up a company profile on a social media platform and this needs to be linked to their website (plus the new social media icon needs to be added)…
